About
The History
— How it all began
Hunting Courses Australia was born out of a need for practical, no-nonsense education for Australian hunters. We saw too many newcomers struggling to find reliable, Australian-specific guidance on ethical and effective hunting. With that in mind, we created a course that cuts through the noise—offering real-world skills, local knowledge, and a focus on responsible hunting practices. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your skills, this course is designed to make you a more capable and confident hunter in the Australian bush.
What we provide
— The Courses
We offer high-quality, in-depth video lessons covering all the essential topics every hunter needs to know. From gear selection to fieldcraft and ethical harvesting, our courses are designed to educate and inspire.
Plus, you’ll gain access to a thriving community of experienced hunters ready to answer your questions, share advice, and support you on your journey.
Wise words.
If you want to hunt anything that swims, walks or flies study their food and feeding habits.

How our courses are different
Informative, Practical, Engaging & Up-to-date
The educational material we’ve designed is based on a few core principles, allowing us to create something truly exceptional.
- Informative - the right information is important, as is the amount. Not too little so you miss out & not too much that you get bored.
- Practical - what's the use only hearing or reading about something, we want to show you how it works too.
- Engaging - people learn the most when they are having fun and enjoying themselves. We make sure or content is entertaining without compromising quality.
- Up-to-date - things change all the time, hunting laws, trends, new gear. When the change is important enough we update our material to reflect this.
- Purpose developed - Unlike other training material out there, we haven't just re used existing YouTube content and bundled it together. All of our training material as been specifically produced for our courses. You won't find it anywhere else.
Learn from seasoned authorities.
