• Payment must be made in full before access to course content is granted.
• Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure and reliable payment gateway that uses industry-standard encryption to protect your financial information. Your payment details are not stored on our servers, ensuring your data remains safe and confidential.

5. Refund Policy

• Hunting Courses Australia adheres to Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
• Refunds are provided only in cases where the course materials are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet the guarantees under ACL.
• Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for change-of-mind purchases.
• To request a refund, contact our support team with details of your claim within 14 days of purchase.

6. Referral Program 

By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

6.1 Eligibility: To participate in the Referral Program, you must be a registered user of the Hunting Courses Australia website and agree to become an ‘affiliate’ by clicking the become affiliate button on the affiliate page.

6.2 Referral Process:

• You will receive a unique referral URL that you can share with friends or family.
• When someone uses your referral link to sign up for a course, they will automatically receive a $10 discount on the first module or course they enroll in (excluding gift cards).
• Upon successful sign-up and course enrollment, you will earn a $10 referral reward. This amount will be deposited into your nominated bank account at the end of the month.

6.3 Referral Limitations:

• Referral rewards are only applicable to new users who have never signed up for the website before.
• Referrals must complete the enrollment process using your unique referral URL to qualify for the discount and referral reward.
• The referral reward will be awarded to the last unique referral link through which the referred person accessed the Hunting Courses Australia website. If the referred person clicks on multiple referral links before signing up, the referral reward will be attributed to the link they last clicked before completing the sign-up process.

6.4. Referral Link Cookie Expiration:

• The referral link cookie expires 48 hours after the referred person visits the website using your unique referral URL. If they return to the site after 48 hours, the referral will no longer be tracked, and you will not receive the reward for that referral.
• Rewards are issued monthly, and all referrals will be tracked by the system.

6.5 Referral Tracking:

• Your referral activity, including total earnings, user visits, conversions, and payout status, can be tracked through the “Referral” tab on your account page.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your unique referral URL is shared with potential referrals in compliance with these terms.

6.6 Payouts:

• Referral payments will be made directly to your nominated bank account.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct Account Name, Account Number, and BSB are provided in your referral account settings. Hunting Courses Australia is not responsible or liable for any funds incorrectly transferred due to user error in providing this information.
• Payments will be processed at the end of each month and will reflect all valid referrals for that period.

6.7 Discounts and Rewards:

• The $10 discount applies only to the first module or course your referred friend enrolls in and does not apply to gift cards or other non-qualifying products.
• The referral reward of $10 is subject to change at the sole discretion of Hunting Courses Australia.

6.8 Prohibited Activities:

• You may not engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior, including but not limited to referring yourself, creating fake accounts, or attempting to manipulate the referral system. Any such activities may result in disqualification from the Referral Program and forfeiture of any rewards.
• In the event of a dispute or unclear referral activity, Hunting Courses Australia reserves the right to investigate and determine eligibility. Any invalid or duplicate referrals, including self-referrals or fraudulent activities, will be disqualified from the program.

6.9 Modification and Termination:

• Hunting Courses Australia reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice.
